Exceeded expectations
The room was stylish and spacious. Large bathroom and super comfortable bed. We loved the location and parking was a huge bonus. But the most precious was the welcome and hospitality of the host. Would definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable. Very good location Easy walk to town and the ferry. Good pizza place and grocery store nearby. It would have been nice to have ice since it was hot, but the AC worked well.

Lovely villa/hotel by the lake area
The Villa was very cute and room was quite big. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed the time there. Location is great, very close to everything. Room was clean and even towels were packed individually. Only bad thing was the bed, it was a bit too hard.

Very nice place and looks recently refurbished. Great location, with the lake front and bars, shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk.

Lovely bedroom and balcony. Quirky cupboard bedside unit doors broken but don’t need to use. Needed better shower option. Spa bath good but not handy as took 15mins to fill sufficiently and door on toilet area would be better. Staff / owners however absolutely wonderful and helpful. As we had car great option as gated - so secure at nights

This is a very small property, but that is what makes it so special. Everyone was so helpful, and wonderful suggestions were given as to places to visit. Breakfast was delicious. We were leaving early on our final morning there, and breakfast was left for us in the room so we had something to eat for the ride. I highly recommend the property.

A real hidden gem.
This small hotel is an absolute gem. The owner Magdalena and her mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Magdalena was very helpful in finding out local train times and also advising on places of interest to visit. The continental breakfast had a great choice of cereals, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yoghurt beautiful home made cakes. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is situated just a five minute stroll from the center of Desenzano. I would certainly stay here again.

A wonderful extra long weekend
A wonderful hotel / b&b with friendly hosts a and a perfect location. It was.close the the town centre without being distributed by any of the noise, with easy access from the main road and secure parking. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfasts were fresh with plenty of choice and the hosts incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, giving tips on things to do. I would happily stay here again. It was a great location and easy to travel to from Bergamo airport, travel around the lake was easy from the ferry port just 10 minutes walk away.

Lovely small hotel in just the right location
This lovely small hotel/B&B was just a five minute walk from the lake and shops/restaurants and a ten minute walk down hill from the station. As soon as we arrived we were greeted very warmly by Maddalena and was shown to our lovely clean room with en suite. We were given all the local information including maps and ferry times to make our holiday enjoyable and stress free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel with welcoming owners
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. All three women we met at the hotel were lovely and welcoming. They were helpful in booking restaurant reservations and recommending what to do during our stay. The location was excellent, being only a 2 minute walk to Desenzano town, with quick and easy links to Sirmione. Would happily stay here again!

Everything you could want
My husband and I have just enjoyed a lovely 7 days at Rellais II Giardino Segreto. Our room was clean and spacious with lovely ensuite. Big selection for continental breakfast. Five minutes walk from centre of Desenzano. If you are looking for a small hotel would highly recommend. Nothing was too much for the owner and her staff.

Great service, great hotel
Fantastic hotel. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good size, although the bed was a bit hard which is typical of Italian beds. You could hear noise from inconsiderate guests at night, but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was great with a more than ample selection. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the lakeside. Next time we are in desenzano, we will certainly stay there again.

Enjoyable stay
So glad we found this absolute gem! Stayed here for 8 nights through July 2017 and from start to finish we couldn't fault it. Welcomed on arrival by a lovely lady who took our cases to our room and showed us around, gave us keys and maps of the area. The room was beautiful and spacious with plenty of windows and a terrace to sit out on. Bathroom was beautiful with walk in shower, heated towel rail and a large sink area. Breakfast was perfect too! A large selection of all sorts including fresh meat, cheese, cereal, fruit, biscuits, pastries and cakes which were more than enough to fill you up. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the harbour and centre of Desenzano but the hotel itself is set back in a nice quiet location. The hotel in general is clean and safe and the staff are so lovely and helpful. We are considering staying at this establishment for our honeymoon next year it's that good!

We were really impressed with our stay at this b&b. The owners were very welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. Brilliant value and a great location for beach and train station.

Stylish but impractical.
We arrived on hottest day of the year, looking forward to the a/c in our room. We were very annoyed that the proprietor did not even switch it on until we were entering the room. As a result we had an uncomfortable hot night as the room never cooled down .Decor is stylish but impractical. We had the Red Lantern room, which had oriental furniture. The large old bedside lamps were too dark to read by and took up all the side tables.The wardrobe door was too narrow for the clothes hangers. There was a tiny desk. Bed had a large wooden frame and was creaky.Cane roller blinds were difficult to roll up. Tiny chairs on balcony, no table. Bathroom had lovely large rainfall shower,and unusual screen, but nowhere to put toilet bags and no shaving mirror. Very pleasant hotelier and her mother gave us a nice welcome. Breakfast was good quality but limited choices. Easy safe parking. 10 mins walk from lake and restaurants etc. Supermarket nearby.. English spoken.

WONDERFUL!
We stayed here for our long weekend in Lake Garda. It was fantastic! The hotel was so nice, clean, and updated! The room and bathroom was really nice! The location is great as it is only a short walk to the lake and all of the shops and restaurants!! We would stay here again if we come back to Lake Garda!!

Wunderschöne Villa mit Charme - jederzeit wieder
Eine wunderschöne mit Liebe geführte Villa mit nur 6 Zimmern, die individuell mit antiken und modischen Elementen (tolles Bad z.B) gestaltet sind. Roberta ist die Seele des Hauses, sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist super hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas, der Kuchenduft für den frischen Kuchen am Morgen zieht Abends lecker durch den Saal. Zum Zentrum/See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, Parken auf dem Hotelgelände mit elektrischen Tor. Wir können diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Verplant aber gerettet
Obwohl ich übersehen habe, dass es keine Rezeption gibt und prompt vor verschlossener Tür ankam, wurde mir von Hotels.com telefonisch geholfen und die sehr freundliche Besitzerin kam dann auch gleich um mein Missgeschick zu eliminieren. Frühstück konnte über Hotels nicht gebucht werden aber vor Ort bestellt werden. Der TV war nur mit sehr wenigen italienischen Sendern eingestellt aber für was hat man einen Laptop mit HDMI Verbindung.

Weekend sul Garda
Posizione ideale per visitare il Garda.L'hotel è dotato di parcheggio interno, chiuso da un cancello automatico. Ogni camera presenta un tema (noi avevamo la stanza chiama Shangri-La), arredato con molto gusto e con uno splendido ed enorme terrazzo. Pulizia della stanza e degli altri spazi impeccabile. La signora alla reception davvero molto gentile, disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente l'hotel che consiglierei a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nelle zone del lago di Garda! Ps: diffidate da qualsiasi recensione negativa!

Sehr freundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das kleine Hotel hat nur wenige aber dafür sehr freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden. Zimmer und Bad sind schön groß. Es gab sogar eine kleine Terrasse zum Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt und dem Yachthafen entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel sind gegeben. Die Wirtin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine Verständigung in Deutsch war kein Problem. Wie kommen gerne wieder.
