Its the best not because its the most luxurious but its the best because of location, facilities, 24hr supermarket downstairs, jacuzzi hottub next to lovely swimming pool and a 24hr gym! Hotel staff are wonderful and the service is impeccable! Room are good size too. We love the location which is a short walk to all the sights in TST and shopping."

"Love the pool! I stayed in the Marina Bay view room, and it was amazing to watch the lights every night. Nice and quiet stay. The Buffet was a bit lacking, the coffee machine either didn't work or made bad coffee. Not sure why such an expensive hotel doesn't have a barista or offer kopi for breakfast. It was a much-improved experience after staying at JEN Hotel a few days prior."

"The Sheraton was a significant upgrade from the facility that we had pre-booked which did not live up to the online description. The location of the sheraton was perfect for public transportation and walking in Kowloon along the waterfront and to the night market."
