"Able to eat outside, I felt at home with the ‘60-70 decor. Felt very safe in the area. Wonderful sand with a Safe beach and able to swim safely in the ocean. Really enjoyed FunkyD singing in the evening.close walk to a bus to go downtown $1:50! Or catch a taxi at front of resort. Although, every driver charges their own rate??offer a price that you are willing to pay before getting in cab? Older crowd at this resort while we were there which was nice as I am a senior . Beach music a bit too loud...

"The British Colonial is nothing less than great! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Food is amazing, especially their sushi. The beach is a stone throw away from the pool which is perfect to go back and forth throughout the day. The staff is very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. This is my second time staying here and I will be back! "
