"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"We enjoyed the area in that the beach, beach clubs, ATMs, and convenient stores were very close and safe for walking. We very much like the hotel and loved looking out all windows and terrace in #1805. Our only criticism is that the second bathroom could use an upgrade. The inside of the door is crude and shabby. There is also an opening in the wall between the bathroom and the dining area."
