"The servers at the pool were lovely - both women worked during the day the time we were there. Upon asking for the vip benefit of later checkout we were told to go to the front desk the day of at 10 am. Upon doing so my husband, who is fluent in Spanish kindly asked for a 1 P.M. checkout. The woman working the desk at 10 am on Friday 4/25 was extremely rude and mocked him for no reason whatsoever. This encounter left a very poor taste for an otherwise nice trip. "

In the check in- Valentina and William went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The downside is the resort is very big with a lot of guests, but it didn’t bother me that much. Beautiful beach, delicious food, a variety of pools, good entertainments, affordable price- they have it all. "
