"Communication with host was poor. No information on check in procedure. No information on which room we had booked. No key in key safe.We only gained access due to a helpful fellow resident, who let us in and helped us find a free room.Room poorly maintained with curtains held up by string and blinds broken.Altogether very poor"

"Room was clean & comfortable. Steps from Minnis Bay beach & short walk into Birchington. Stayed one night but should have stayed 2 do I could have walked more of the coastal path! Lovely 1 night break!"

"Incredibly friendly welcome from the hosts who showed me to my room, discussed the breakfast options and showed me how to enter/exit the property etc. The room itself was very clean and styled very well, with a modern en-suite.
