"Very friendly, available and helpful. Accommodated my husband's knee issues by putting us on a floor which didn't require too many stairs. A very special location, right next to the entrance to the cathedral in a central square. The continental breakfast was outstanding with beautiful fresh fruit, yogurts etc. We enjoyed the little bar at the end of the day, where we could overlook the square in comfortable seats.
