It didn’t give enough time to load the luggage cart and our family. The door open button was ripped off and couldn’t be used. My kids went up with the luggage without us."

"This location is under construction. If this would have been disclosed, i would have picked another location. They were short on staffing and it took nearly an hour to get in my room. It was noisy and some things were inoperable. "
