"The room was very nice, the location was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the swimming pool is very small. The dining options are limited. And there is nowhere to sit down and hang out other than some hard wooden benches in the lobby."

"We got there on march the 12th to celebrate our anniversary and because of the reign and the storm, we were not able to use the swimming pool the hot tub, everything was closed.The only thing we had access to was the hotel room and some of the stores or restaurants that were open. It was not a good experience, and even though none of these amenities were open, we still got charged.The daily fee to use those resort benefits"
