"Went for Mother’s Day. My suite was amazing spacious and plenty of towels!! Brunch buffet was delicious. The pool was so much fun. Reserved a couch. Didn’t like the stringent rules on drinks. But all the service was good everywhere you went and people were super helpful."

"Our room was clean but there were previous guests clothing under both beds. It was great having a restaurant and bar on site, but the wait times were long. Only one bartender on a Friday night with a full bar. We waited a good 30 minutes to get our drinks."

"I came here 8 years ago, and compared to today, everything feels outdated and lacking updates. We arrived on Saturday, and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until almost 2–3 hours later. We are a family of 7, so it was very difficult trying to get ready for the pool in the locker room while waiting. The waterpark closed at 8 PM, so by the time we finally got into the room, we only had a couple of hours left to enjoy it, which felt like a waste of money. We asked for some kind of compensation or a later checkout because of the long delay. Unfortunately, the manager and staff did not seem apologetic or understanding. They only offered a 1-hour late checkout. Even after I explained that we lost almost 3 hours because of the delay, they still would not offer 2 hours, any discount, or compensation for a future stay. This was very disappointing and honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I will not be coming back again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room faced the river, and the view was beautiful and very relaxing. The hotel is conveniently located next to the casino, which offers several restaurants to choose from. We found this especially convenient on evenings when we did not feel like driving elsewhere for dinner. The parking garage had plenty of available spaces, making parking easy and stress-free. The breakfast could offer a greater variety of options, but it was more than sufficient for our needs. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The only minor downside was that the internet connection was occasionally spotty."
