"What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The place is quite unique, very clean, close to everything in Penn Yan, and I would have given it five stars if there had been more of the amenities that usually come with a VRBO. There was no detergent for the dishwasher, no soap to use in the shower, no place to hang up clothes, and the pillows on the beds were just weird. Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay, and would recommend it, for its unique layout and convenient location. "

"Cute property that was perfect for 2 couples and a winery visit weekend. Has a cabin like feel but no damp musty smell you usually have in those environments. The supplies of toliet paper and paper towels were limited so we bought our own. Note that the bathroom is on the first level and the bedrooms are on the second level. If you have nighttime bathroom trips, something to be aware of. "
