"Don is a very attentive host. He came to greet us when we arrived. He is nice enough to put crackers, fruit cups, etc in kitchen for us. And he answers all my questions any time via text message."

"Wjat a great find. This farm house just off the main drag was perfect for two of us. In WG for racing. Ive stayed at multiple houses through the years. My associate used the downstairs bedroom and I one of the three upstairs. Kitchen had all that we needed. The back of the house a long “porch” like room all enclosed had the most fabulous sunrise view across a vineyard and Seneca lake. This house is a gem!"

"House was perfect for our needs and as listed! Staying on a vineyard was picture perfect. Location was close to many wineries on Seneca lake although a bit off the main road. The included wine tour of Rock Stream Vineyards was fantastic and it was so fun to see the wine making process up close and to taste wines at various stages in the process. Host was easy to contact and we had no issues. Barney the cat was adorable and we loved being greeted by him every time we came back. "

"We enjoyed the fire pit & the hot tub. It was centrally located on the left side of the lake, clean, & met all of our needs. The property is large & peaceful & there are no neighbors so we didn't have to worry about playing music or being loud. Only minuses were that the shower water is very soft & left everyone with a feeling of oily skin. also house sleeps 6 but only 4 dining room chairs."

"We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean and comfortable. The location is very nice as it is close to a lot of various activities. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The dogs loved the porch too! If you are visiting the Finger Lakes, I would recommend this property."

Home recently changed owners and that lead to confusion prior to our arrival, but fortunately, the bumps were ironed out and Jason was the perfect host.The front porch was a favorite with comfortable seating and beautiful views.Plenty of paper products were provided, as well as soaps and shampoos.Many of the cooking items were visibly dirty and required washing prior to use, which may be common?All in all, it was a beautiful home with...
