"Amazing, beautiful views, spacious room. Very new, highly recommend. Make sure you call ahead and tell them your check in time. I was able to do this on the day of. The person on the phone did not understand english well, but I was able to use google translator. Tell them that you booked through expedia or whatever service. The staff was amazing. "The onsen was clean, had a ton of different baths, and felt well maintained. Swimming pool area was nice as well. The staff here can speak fluent English, so it helped quite a bit with our check-in. Dinner and breakfast buffets were wonderful, worth a try at least once if you are able to."
