"We got a corner room on the 11th floor with a super high ceiling. It was difficult to get around the bed but the high ceilings and the corner room (both views looked out onto the city) was such a bonus!!!! Thank you Club Quarters! And free nespresso in the room! And in the lobby, free flat and sparkling water DIY, serve yourself. Also free cafe au lait, americano, capuccino, etc at the lobby. We brought down our large water bottles that we use to tour the city with and filled it up with sparkling water!"

"Was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to assist, including the young lady in housekeeping to found ice for me. Not much in the way of food around and the hotel services weren't well communicated. For example, the QR code link said there was ice on the 1st floore. Our only very real complaint was the shuttle service wasn't running and they were depending on the drivers from the Microtel who weren't friendly and seemed annoyed to have to transport us to the Eastwick train station (which the front desk indicated was available). Additionally, our early morning departure shuttle was 15 minutes late which left us with a bit of a harrowing arrival at 5:00 am."

"We were in town overnight to see where my son works and the liberty bell. The day we arrived happened to be my birthday. After we settled into the hotel for the evening we went down to the bar/restaurant area. We found a big table that we could play games on. We ordered truffle fries and drinks at the bar. They were yummy! Then we ordered Philadelphia cheesecake as my b-day cake. The service at the bar (and everywhere) was fantastic. A very enjoyable evening with my family. We had a fantastic view of the river. Other than the window needing cleaned from the outside the room clean. We slept well on the comfy beds. Wonderful time in Philly. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time in town."

"The Hotel is well located, near many attractions Phily has to offer. The building is old but recently updated and in good condition. As all parking in the city, Sonesta valet parking is very expensive but we knew this. Overall a good experience."

"This hotel is located conveniently from a lot of the attractions of Philly. It’s a quick walk to things such as the Liberty Bell, City Hall and right next door to Reading Terminal Station. It’s also close to a few subway stations that can be used to get around. The hotel itself was also very nice with comfortable beds and clean rooms. Only downside is the area outside the hotel is not the cleanest but that’s well beyond their control. Overall, I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. "

"Our room was great. Very spacious for my family. Love that it had a king room and a real bed for the kids. Not just a pullout couch. AC didn’t seem to be very cold though. Room felt warm. "
