"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Located for easy access to Bath and the Cotswolds ... would absolutely stay there again. The conservatory, with its wonderful views, was our favorite place to eat, hang out and play cards. It was simply beautiful!"

"Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again"

"Our family spent Christmas weekend here and loved every minute of our stay at this lovely home. The location is perfect for exploring Bath: easy walking distance to the train station as well as all of the major highlights of this beautiful city. It is next to a night club, so there was some noise on a couple of the nights we stayed, but it didn't bother us. There was plenty of room for our family, and the rooms felt spacious and luxurious. The fireplace was the perfect touch for cozy evenings...

"The house is so much bigger and better than the pics on the VRBO website, the pics just don't do the house justice. A group of 13 of us stayed here for my daughters hen weekend. The house is large, spacious and has all that you need for a large family/friends get together. Plenty of en-suites, plenty of other bathrooms. There was a fantastic welcome hamper including wine and easter chocolates, milk and beers in the fridge ,complimentary biscits and beverages. Cannot fault this property. Home from home. "Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!"
