Air con didn’t work, no shampoo, not very clean, big stain on a wall, hairdryer sounded dangerous and was in dire need of replacing and the phone wasn’t answered when I tried o report and get help. Hotel was fully booked due to The Greatest Showman press night that I was attending and working at so I guess everyone was busy. "

"Beautiful spa and great value for money. However walls are paper thin so you can literally hear everything. If you are noise sensitive, this it not the hotel for you! Breakfast - menu service which is nice. Very friendly staff."
