"The hotel was clean and tidy, location was fantastic we walked to Disney Springs in 10mins, the pathway was well lite, well maintained and safe. The pool was clean opening times were great. Check in was easy, breakfast was good, the usual things you expect, the evening meal included was sufficient for dinner, coffee was freely available. The free bus service was clean and reliable. We used Uber for the Universal parks which cost $12-$16 approx. All round for food, no resort fee and service this was a good clean well located option."

"The Wyndham Grand is a beautiful resort in the lobby area. Our room was big and clean but our bathroom had mold and mildew in the shower chauking and grout. Spoke to housekeeping during our stay and than front desk about shower condition when checking out. Great view of Epcot fireworks from our balcony. Umbrellas around pool were missing their pins to secure in open position and were very stained."

"Labor Day weekend trip with family. Two small kids. Nice clean hotel. Bathroom is a bit dated. Nice pool for the kids. Kids eats free at the breakfast buffet. They have little activities for kids each day within the hotel. Not sure if this is specific for Labor Day weekend. Hotel guest gets early entrance to Disney parks. There is a free shuttle to the parks. But it drops you off exactly at 8:30 for the early entrance so people who are at the Disney resorts are already in line at 8 or earlier. For magic kingdom, you get dropped off at the tram at 8:30 and you still have to take the tram over to magic kingdom. So kinda defeats the purpose of early entry, unless you drive there yourself. The best part is that the shuttles pick up guest at this hotel before going to the neighboring more expensive hotel. And frequently the bus fills up by the time it goes to the other hotel."
