"A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good"

"The house was spacious and cosy. Plenty of outdoor space for the children to play. Plenty of games to play, lots of butterflies and bees and swings in the trees. Shame the ponds were dried up because of the heat but the areas are lovely. An amazing holiday for our family. Thank you."

"I booked this property because it acepts dogs. When I arrived the owner was quite horrible with me about my dog. Apparently you need to state about your dog coming even though the website doesn't state that! Poor communication and as a paying customer I was put off by the owners attitudes "

Lovely hotel ... no air con and middle of heatwave so room although extremely nice was like an oven. Fan provided but actually sleeping was difficult. Staff were excellent (they were a little embarrassed to inform us that the hotel had decided not to provide breakfast) really nice atmosphere and would definitely stay again ... only 0.6 mikes from Center Parcs which was perfect for us... maybe not in a heatwave though 😂😂

I had a wonderful stay at the Angel Hotel, Halesworth. I have stayed at few more hotels in and around Suffolk, but this was by far the best stay I had. They even prepared everything for a smooth check-in since I called them saying that I had to check in really late due to a late flight. The room was excellent, staff members were very polite and friendly, the food at the restaurant was delicious and bar had excellent choice of drinks. The restaurant manager Katie was a real angel. See you again...
