"The Hotel is a Grade 2 listed building right on the seafront close the bus and train station, which goes back to the 1860's i think it has 70 rooms and I stayed in a twin room it was clean spacious some where to hang your clothes a toilet and shower and tea and coffee making facilitie The inly reason for the 4 stars is because the AC was lacking there was small fan which was ok but, had that of been a few weeks ago when it was really hot the room would have been a hot box, the breakfast consisted of cereals fresh fruit and you could order an English breakfast, there was toast jams and marmalade juices etc which was nice. The lady, Carla on the front desk that checked us in was very nice."

"We spent two fantastic weeks at Binstead Hall. The house was handed over to us in a very clean condition and we received a very warm welcome. Every room is tastefully and lovingly furnished to a high standard; every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a group of eight can have a wonderful time there. We enjoyed having meals and barbecues on the terrace and loved having sundowners on the deck by the private beach. Interaction with the host was easy and communication was very friendly and prompt. We had a beautiful and special time at Binstead Hall and will definitely be back."

"We had a wonderful holiday in Ryde. We were a 3 generational family and the Isle of Wight offered plenty of activities for all of us. The children particularly enjoyed Robin Hill and Tapnell Farm. The adults really appreciated lunch and cocktails at the Dell, just a short walk away from the house. The house is exceptionally large with well proportioned rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We were blessed with good weather and the pool really came into its own."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places within walking distance as well. There were a couple of shops in Seaview, but they did close very early. Would definitely book there again."
