The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the location of the hotel, near the seafront sights (the Mary Rose museum, Nelson's flagship Victory, etc) and the ferry ports. "For the price paid for a one night stay the Ibis offered very good value for your money. Within walking distance of everything we needed to do in Portsmouth. Only issue was that when we looked up and booked our establishment and room choice, on Expedia’s website, we were offer a buffet Dinner and breakfast on the checkout day. So spent 30 minutes on your virtual chat line talking to an agent, asking why we were mis-sold this half board...
