"Newly renovated rooms. Location is right at the start of Wangfujing shopping street with grocery stores downstairs. The hotel is currently being renovated but should be an impeccable place to stay once done. The staff and servicemen were extremely helpful and made our stay great. Location is great, near Forbidden city, national museum and Tian’anmen. Highly recommend to stay here. We travelled with two kids and they enjoyed it as well. Amenities are excellent. "

"Room was clean. Check in was simple and smooth with no trouble at all. Room was not ready for us when we arrived but we were able to leave our bags at concierge and go shop. It really was a plus that the hotel was linked to a mall right next door! When we could check in, it went well and we also collected our packages that we ordered in advance at the concierge desk. Seeing that we had many things to transport up to the room, the concierge staff kindly sent up two automated robots with our packages, freeing up our hands to take the rest of our things. We also had an external laundry vendor come collect our clothes and the staff kindly handover our stuff to them because we were not available the whole day! Overall it was a very pleasant experience staying here and would recommend it! "

"Laundry set up was good but busy! Breakfast has a nice Asian and Western spread with lots of vegetable dishes. Though quite busy at times (with long line ups due to early tour excursion starts), the staff was very courteous and efficient! Thumbs up!"

"Great location, spacious room, lovely bathroom with an excellent shower and good pressure. The pool was amazing though we didn’t use it just had a peek. This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing."
