"Ich wurde direkt beim Check-In sehr warmherzig und persönlich empfangen und wurde weiterhin nicht enttäuscht. Das gebuchte Zimmer (ohne Balkon) hat alles, was man benötigt, um sich hervorragend selbst zu versorgen: ein riesiger Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Teller, Gläser etc. sind vorhanden. Sogar ein Wasserkocher und ein Coffemaker stehen zur Verfügung. Ansonsten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Auch die Reeperbahn und die nächste Ubahn-Station sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß...

Don't expect the Hard Rock Cafe to be here, as I did (my only disappointment). The history of the place is fascinating and the rooftop views are worth the stairs! Reception's great. Found the staff in the top restaurant to be somewhat disinterested & a bit stuffy. Definitely more friendly, fun & funky in the bar down by the reception.
