"The climate control was out of commission in my room. I tried to get a room where you could open the window that was not possible. I tried to call down to the desk. They didn’t answer until late at night that have only one restaurant and a huge number of people they used to be at least one of the large one and there’s nothing else close where we can eat so it was not a great stay"

"Always a pleasant stay before taking a plane back to the US. Staff is always attentive and rooms extremely comfortable!"
