"Very convenient"

"This property will be a five-star experience… when it is finished. There are pros and cons to staying at a brand new property (they had been open for 3 months when we stayed). Our room was so clean we wondered if we were the first people to ever stay there. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was excellent, even as vegans we were spoiled for choice. However, there were a few missing details that I would chalk up to the property being so newly opened: the room had an oven but no pots and pans; the washer/dryer in the room was not plugged in; the air conditioning was so poor we had to sleep with our balcony door open; the rooftop wasn’t open yet. And the worst thing was the false advertising of having EV chargers on site. They WILL have EV chargers, but they are not operational yet. We chose this property because they advertised they had EV chargers on site. So that was a huge letdown. Overall, I think this property will be a great stay, but they are still ironing out some issues."

"Nice, new hotel at a convenient location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable for an extended weekend stay. We enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area, the bar (although no cocktails) as well as the good breakfast. it was a very pleasant stay overall and good value for money, so we may return again in the future. "

"Breakfast good, staff friendly and helpful Property run down. Pool freezing cold and facilitiesold and uncomfortable, shower in room completely unusable, either freezing or burning with no mixer tap. Scorched my scalp when trying to wash my hair. Shockingly poor for the high price. Badly in need of a refurb. Everything you'd expect from a hotel badly in need of refurbishment. Despite lovely room size and comfortable beds, convenient joined rooms, the amenities so poor, it was a relief to leave and stay elsewhere in lower graded accommodation which proved much more comfortable. Shocked they can charge so much for such dated accommodation. So disappointed. This was supposed to be a treat stay of our trip, but it turned out to be the worst part. Frankfurt a fantastic city and christmas markets excellent. "
