It is an older property with its own charm. Location is close to shipping, restaurants, buys stops, train station, so very convenient. We asked for a quiet room and were given one on the top floor, end of the hall, so it was very quiet. Steps are narrow and steep, no elevator. Lots of exercise! Hotel staff was fabulous. St Fagans national museum of history and Caerphilly Castle are both worth visiting!

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. All amenities except no fridge. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of variety and hot and fresh cooked breakfast. Happy to recommend. Very convenient location for both city and beach.
