"I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. ".I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th. I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach. Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges. I would appreciate clarification on: Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement. I look forward to your response."

"We’ve only given the hotel a 3 1/2-star rating because its advertising deceived us. Your advertisement stated the hotel had been open for only 3 years, but in reality, it was an old hotel with only a few updates. The furniture and doors didn't match; there were stains on the lobby carpet; and the first room we were assigned didn't have hot water. It took two attempts of complaining to be moved to another room. Our thanks go out to the front desk manager who finally got things moving. Our best part of the stay was the warm, friendly staff at the front desk and the morning breakfast staff. The breakfast staff, and their supervisor in particular, were the best. Very inviting smiles and their willingness to get us whatever we requested. It was a joy to chat with them and find out about their backgrounds and what it took for them to arrive in Dubai for work. Thank you very much for your service; it was greatly appreciated (you deserve a 5-star rating). And, we wish you the best in whatever you do. We also hope the situation improves so that everything returns to normal."
