Horrible place

Horrible experience. I booked the apartment for 5 days. You realize that you made a big mistake as soon as you enter the place. The apartment was cold, the carpet was old and dirty and the room smelled bad. It has nothing to do with the feeling you have when you see the pictures. But the worst part was that the apartment was really cold and the heating did not work. There is no way you can stay in an apartment like that with no heating and no hot water! , specially when it is snowing. I called the guy on the emergency number provided but he was a very rude person who could not help me at all and just told me that nothing could be done until next day. I just told him that I was leaving the apartment immediately. The funny thing is that this guy called me 3 days later to find out if I was in the apartment to fix the heating! Terrible.. I had to book a room in a hotel and wasted a lot of money. At least Hotels.com gave me a voucher of 80€, better than nothing.
