Good location, parking can be an issue, place was vey clean and tidy, directions were spot on, good access to local transport and local amenities, A good base if you are here to visit Dublin and are on a budget, self catering aspects really good. I would stay again.

AVOID - Good reviews are for a different property

The agency running this property, Swipe Properties, emailed me a few days before arriving to state that a cleaning fee of 25 euros had been missed off the booking and needed to be paid via their website. Hotels.com policy is the price is the price and I advised them of this via messaging but no response. Arrived at the apartment and there is no lift as advertised, it is up 4 flights of stairs. The heating and sockets didn't work, annoying as someone had left every window open in the apartment. Called the office and someone came round to reset the fuse. This fuse tripped multiple times during the 2 night stay. There is no separate living room as described, it's 2 bedrooms with couches in them. The apartment is in bad condition, it clearly used to be a multi occupancy flat as all the doors had locks on them. The bathroom roof was black with damp and the wall under the window was coming apart. In one of the bedrooms someone has clearly had to force the door open and the lock was hanging off the wall and the door frame was split, also the door handle comes away from the door. In another bedroom the furniture is broken and the beading around the floor had come away. Sheet paper over all the walls was peeling and coming apart in every room. No smoke alarms anywhere bar the hall. Tried to call Swipe to complain, was told a manager would call me but no-one did. Tried to call multiple times during my stay but there was no answer. More issues but no space left, in short AVOID

    Basic, but clean

    This is a very basic apartment. The tv doesn’t work and there are no bedside lamps. If you have a problem there is no one to call. But it’s on the main road to the airport so transport is not a problem and easy to catch taxis.

    It is what it says 'a basic 2 bedroom apartment. The entrance hallway was a bit of a shock as it was dirty, untidy and smelt a bit but once we got into the flat it was clean, good beds with crisp sheets and the bathroom was very clean too. "2 bedrooms to cater for 4 people but only 2 cups were provided and the cutlery could be doing with being upgraded. The TV didn't have a signal but we were not there to watch TV. Some attempts had been made to make it more homely but a little attention would have raised it considerably. Number of buses passed the door on a regular basis and took us easily to the city centre.

    D'abord, l'appartement qui nous a été attribué n'est pas celui des photos présentées sur vote site, sûrement un autre dans le même immeuble. Nous n'avons eu qu'un contact téléphonique pour les clés. L'appartement est bien situé, à une demi-heure du centre, bien desservi. Il est bien agencé, assez spacieux, lumineux. L'escalier des communs est très très sale, le ménage n'y a pas été fait depuis des mois...des années ?! Le logement est assez sale lui aussi, les sols en particulier, des lames de parquet non jointes pleines de saleté, une moquette dans le couloir dégoûtante, vieille... des toiles d'araignée décorent la salle de bain... Les sanitaires ont été nettoyés superficiellement, comme la cuisine. il y a des taches sur les murs. Le canapé est cassé et couvert de taches.Les draps sont propres, comme les serviettes de toilette. Sur 5 radiateurs, un seul fonctionne. La cuisine est mal équipée (la vaisselle pour manger est propre et il ne manque rien), c'est plus difficile de cuisiner : il n'a y a qu'une seule petite casserole et une seul prise qui fonctionne (dans tout le logement, une prise sur deux marche ...). Il y a une machine à laver, et un lave-vaisselle, mais nous n'y avons pas touché. En l'état, cet appartement ne peut être loué. Il donne une mauvaise image d'Expédia.
