"Everything from check in to check out was excellent, the only two things I would say that would improve the hotel are firstly AC in the rooms, I know we’re in secondly the outside seating area along the river should be kept cleaner, the glass balastrade was dirty as was the framework, a small attention to detail would make it look a lot more appealing."

"We just spent a wonderful week at the Coach House and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The thoughtful personal touches—especially the delicious homemade brown bread, wine, and chocolates & so much more—made it all the more special and truly memorable. Brendan and Jean have thought of everything to make The Coach House the perfect place to relax and unwind, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the beautiful courtyards & spent many hours reading & listening to the birds. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway."

"This place is an absolute gem. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The amenities there were fantastic (including biscuits and homemade cakes always available). The staff were an absolute joy, always cheerful, showing an interest in you and your itinerary, as well as letting you know some fantastic local places to visit. And the breakfasts, well........... OMG. This is a must place to stay. 5*"

"This is a wonderful B&B, with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable; Des and Susan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Great choices for breakfast, freshly cooked Irish breakfast and lovely porridge too. Plenty of local fresh fruit and honey. Good location for Waterford. Would highly recommend Samuels Heritage B&B."
