When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. Additionally, the room wasn't clean, and the towels provided were dirty, so I had to get my own. The heating wasn't functioning, and it was uncomfortably cold. 10/10 Excellent

"Great stay - club room had a fantastic view of the Tyne and was very spacious. Parking on site - nice and easy. We also had a couple of complementary drinks when we arrived and a nice full English breakfast before we left. Bathroom a little dated but other than that we had a wonderful time. Would recommend to all."
