"always professional here , very clean. we prefer to go to breakfast early to avoid ques when its busy (before 8am) car park next door is convenient but pricey. all round a good place to stay we have been a good few times and will go again!"

"Generally the standard of hygiene could be improved dramatically , just very dusty and dirty in certain areas. They just need to hoover the carpet more. We had a blocked sink and the water wasn’t very warm despite setting to maximum. I understand other guests had similar issues. Positives were - very friendly staff, comfy bed and oreo snacks were nice"

"When we arrived to check in the room was not ready. Turns out they were not even aware of our booking until we showed it to them. We then had to wait two hours whilst the owner came to the property to get the room ready. Waiting outside in the side proved to be a disaster as their outdoor table and chair was covered in a black bitumen type substance that got all over the bottom of my trousers and completely ruined them. When we did get into the room the large curved screen TV proved to be utterly useless at it did not receive any signal and as there was no wifi either it was nothing more than a black wall decoration. The kettle did not work, even going so far as to turn itself on and off at random and the microwave was so complicated I was unable to boil water to make a cup of tea. Not that they provided any tea bags so it was just I well I had brought my own. The room itself was recently decorated and in good order and could have been very pleasant had anything worked as it should. The room overlooks a main road and as there are no net curtains any and all passers by have a clear and uninterrupted view into the room so if you want any privacy at all you have to shut the curtains. The noise, OMG, it went on pretty much all night due to the traffic on the main road. No chance of sleeping at all. My written complaint was completely ignored and I received no reply to it whatsoever. Unfortunately I would have to recommend that you avoid this place at all costs."

"Was a well presented and very calm and quiet place. The rooms were very spacious and modern. Comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and friendly. Parking easy. Would recommend a sign on the outside fence to locate it."

"Communication with host was poor. No information on check in procedure. No information on which room we had booked.No key in key safe.We only gained access due to a helpful fellow resident, who let us in and helped us find a free room.Room poorly maintained with curtains held up by string and blinds broken.Altogether very poor"

"5 star stay !!! Our family stayed for 14 nights over Christmas and New Year. The whole experience, from communication with Martyn and Amanda, to checking in, to staying in the house, has been smooth, easy and brilliant. We had 3 different generations staying and everyone absolutely loved the property. The photos do not do the property justice. It is so much more spacious, cosy, comfy and full of beautiful things. Everything is set out for you to just turn up and be able to start using everything straight away. They have the most comprehensive welcome pack and the welcome hamper will blow you away!! The property is sparkling clean, full of lovely personal touches and everything you will ever need. It is so close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, local attractions and so much more. We can’t wait to return and stay again. A truly magical place to stay and make memories with a partner, family or friends. Thank you so much for hosting us xxxx "
