"The property was clean, most of the staff were very nice, the pool was clean, and the bartenders were friendly. However, I made dinner reservations through guest services, and when we arrived at the steakhouse, they told us we did not have a reservation. The host and manager at the steakhouse were both very rude and unprofessional. They made me walk back to the guest services office in the rain to find the employee who originally made the reservation. This was completely unacceptable and really put a damper on our experience."

"Excellent resort. High quality food, rooms and amenities. Excellent butler service. I recommend booking the SkyView room for the best experience. We have done it two years in a row and will do it again."

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "

"The beach and pool were amazing! Overall it was a clean and quiet stay. The staff was genuinely friendly and pleasant. The food was good, but not always consistent. I was unable to try the seafood restaurant because it was closed on rotation the night I went. The buffet was a bit chaotic and should be avoided if you wish to have a quiet dinner- breakfast was pleasant. The room itself was clean and big enough, however the shower left a lot to be desired. The shower head was in need of cleaning or repair because the water sprayed everywhere except where it should have. Not deal breakers, but good to know"
