"Amazing stay from the start. When we arrived we were placed in a 2 queen room, we booked a Kimg room, our butler Lizandro IMMEDIATELY got the problem resolved and we were put in am amazing room the following day. Every single restaurant and bar went above and beyond. Every staff member and a smile on their face and could immediately answer any questions we had. We did not utilize our butler much but he always stayed in touch in case we needed anything . The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. We will definitely be booking again "

"This was by far the most amazing vacation I have ever been. The staff was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, the food was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I’ll concierge was Jesus and he took care of us so well. They went above and beyond for us and we have already booked our next vacation to come here. I would never stay anywhere else."
