"The hotel is lovely and the staff are very polite and friendly. Situated right on the seafront the front facing room was large with perfect views. We visited at the end of February and it was a shame that the bar was not set up to sell draught beers and the main restaurant was not open in the evenings. My husband is gluten free which the hotel knew in advance but he was not able to have any gluten free cereal for breakfast. I do want to reiterate the hotel and our room was lovely and Sidmouth is a thriving lovely town. We did really enjoy our stay. "

"Everything was wonderful! The location, the property exceeded my expectations, we loved how peaceful it was, the views, the cosy & welcoming layout. It was by far the nicest weekend away I’ve had in years, even though there was a storm, we enjoyed getting out to Lyme Regis, Seaton, Beer & Branscombe. Had a magnificent meal at the Kingfisher Inn.We will most certainly be back"

"It was a lovely stay at this property. It is on a working Dairy farm and the grandchildren loved seeing the cows each morning. There was a wonderful securely fenced grass garden where our dog and kids could play safely. The games room adjacent was fun of an evening. Location wise there is much in the surrouning areas within easy reach to explore. The host was lovely and accomodating on our various requests."
