"Clean room, towels and beds handled daily, seriously the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. (All of them!!) Great location—close to Grand Central Station. Super cold air conditioning in the room, which I absolutely LOVED after a day in the heat and humidity. Even my teenager commented how much better he liked everything versus what we normally get when we stay somewhere. 10/10 for us!"
