"Best hotel in downtown Cleveland. Right by the ballpark! Convenient and store right in corner to get anything yiu need. Jason at the hotel is the BEST at everything! Always helpful to me when I stayed there and took care of what I needed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and I used to stay at Indigo for years! No more! Hilton Garden is the best!"

"Bar 32 had amazing views of Lake Erie and the surrounding metropolis. Very atmospheric. The Burnham had very swanky breakfast options and was excellent. The room was comfortable. It’s business-styled, but nice. Staying on the 30th floor gave spectacular room views."

"The hotel is beautiful & well kept. The greatest asset is the staff. Every person we encountered was helpful,courteous, professional, & very nice. The one aspect that no one could control was the repavement of Beta Rd. Nightmare! It must be the cause of such low occupancy & almost negligible restaurant patrons. Our group was the only 4 people having dinner last night."
