"This property is on a unique piece of land off a neighborhood. Was nice overall but towels smelled like cigarette smoke (reason for low rating on cleanliness). Was able to wash them and all else was better. Property is next to a gun range (stops in the evening but was a startling start to the stay). Good for adults with light packing (hard to navigate spiral staircase with large suitcase). Overall good, but dirty-smelling towels made for a lesser experience."

"As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful."
