"The room we stayed in had mold growing in the bathroom. I will ask to see the room first. Mold can cause problems. The rest of the lobby and walking areas were clean. The smell of sewage was in the air. Not sure where from. Overall I give them a three star."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience I paid for an extra night on Thursday just to guarantee my room would be ready for a Friday morning check-in, yet the service that followed was unacceptable. On Saturday, housekeeping arrived while I was showering. I asked them to return in an hour, but after three hours, they still hadn't appeared. When I left at 3:00 PM, I alerted the front desk that my room was still dirty, the in-room phone was broken, and the showerhead was covered in mold with a foul odor coming from the water. I asked for a manager then and there, but was told none would be available until Monday. Although staff assured me the room would be cleaned while I was out, I returned at 10:00 PM to find nothing had been done. Offering a room change at 11:00 PM. Hours before my checkout, was not a remedy. The manager did call on Monday and promised to follow up after speaking with his regional lead, but I never heard from him again."

"Beautiful property. Was left waiting because staff at check in kept me waiting while others just walked in and were checked in! Found out I was a Bonvoy member and never said sorry. They were more interested in checking in college volleyball team pushing their way up. "

"All of the staff were great and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a great, yummy setup. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot. It was great, would stay again! "

"The property was great for pets with the fenced yard.The totally concrete floors would not work for small children. There were no rugs to warm it up. We would have expected a more traditional flooring. It met our needs. The host brought us a couple supplies we needed.Bathrooms quite small and plumbing fixtures were less than ideal in 2nd bath. Master bedroom great size."

"No, nothing nearby you need to drive 10-15 minutes to get to Publix. Super secluded was only a restaurant bar behind it the was very loud after 11:00pm a lot of bikers. My weekend was not quiet at all. "

"I researched a pet friendly hotel near UCF. It was advertised as pet friendly, I even called beforehand to confirm that it was pet friendly in upon checkout. They charged me $150 pet fee.. This was not advertised on the website nor was a communicated to me when I spoke to the front desk person before I checked in. Highly disappointed."
