"The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. We had booked out of our room, so couldn’t go there and it was 31 degrees outside, so far too hot for an elderly couple to go out. Sorry but will think twice before staying in your hotel again."

"Reception staff was quite brusque and not at all friendly. Bar staff were excellent. Bar food menu is quite limited and I believe it's the same menu in the dining room (hearsay). To be fair it was just a place to sleep for 5 hours and I didn't see or experience any of the amenities."
