"PROS: Staff were wonderful and friendly. Location was ideal for my needs, with restaurants, shops and walking trails nearby. Plenty of parking, and pet friendly! Close to freeway, but I didn’t hear any freeway noise. Loved the coffee they served. CONS: minor stuff…but toilet seat didn’t fit toilet and was loose. Shower caulking application sloppy. No fan in bathroom. Paint peeling from bathroom trim. Toilet paper holder loose. Nightstand light flickered so badly I couldn’t use it. Complimentary hot breakfast was served 20 minutes late. It wasn’t quite on par with newer neighboring hotels, but the location and staff were GREAT, so it might be worth overlooking the small stuff."

"What an amazing place! Photos are actually not as beautiful as real life. This is one of the best river locations on Green River; we watched salmon jump, ducks swimming, eagles flying overhead and the train was an extra bonus! The kitchen was stocked full of everything you’d need and one of the best BBQ grills overlooking the river to make dinner! We will go back again for sure!"

"Great location right on the lake. The house is somewhat dated as others have mentioned but we felt it added to the charm. We stayed in the basement unit and, as others have mentioned, it does have a smell to it but it's not bad. I wasn't aware that the dock, kayaks, etc. as well as the hot tub are shared with other guests. We didn't have any problems with being able to use anything. There is a large dog that is off leash but the owners worked out a schedule with us so it wasn't a problem. His name is Buck and he is SUPER nice. Overall we had a nice time."
