Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again.

Vi har varit i kontakt med vår boendevärd, men deras service är under all kritik. Vi har ringd ett antal gånger för att de skulle fylla på köksredskapen, men de kommer med olika bortförklaringar. Det fattas kastruller och stekpanna…kan nog räkna upp mer men det spelar inte så stor roll, vilket ska ingå i en lägenhet. Meningen är att laga mat på kvällen, men det kan vi inte göra. I annat fall hade vi ju bokad hotell om vi inte kan laga mat. Även standarden på lägenheten är betydligt lägre. Det luktar mögel i hela lägenheten, men särskild i de rummen där det är heltäckningsmatta. Nyckellåset och för att komma in/ut ur lägenheter krånglar så att vi ett flertal gånger har behövd använda fönsterutgången! Det behöver fixas så att man kan bor här! Städningen var si sådär, men förstår att det är svårt i ett så gammalt hus. Beskrivningen håller inte måttet: ni skojar när ni skriver „beautifull“! För det priset jag betalade hade jag fått något betydligt bättre hos någon annan annan!!!
