not in an easy to find location

The place was adequate, but not many creature comforts, including sheets for the sofa sleeper. We had to hunt to find anything to use and make shift. The shower is an electric shower which meant it was hot one second, cold the next and not very much pressure. The outdoor space was completely unusable...overgrown with weeds and no place to sit if it were cleaned up...such an uninviting atmosphere. The apartment smelled of musty, mildew and smoke. For those that are looking for a place to crash, this would be fine, but you'd probably be better off in a more convenient location near more attractions.

poor apartment in run down area

The apartment was nothing like the description. The area was not nice & the facilities were not great. The TV came on with German instructions and we had to have someone come back to sort out. The tap in the bathroom moved when you turned it on & the water pressure was terrible. The sunken bath was difficult to get in & the shower was not good. My son's bed was very uncomfortable. Everytime you walked past the dining table everything rattled. The kitchen was also not great although we didn't really use it.

Nice apartment with lots of amenities

A great stay overall. The location wasn't the greatest but close to buses and only a ten minute bus to the Royal Mile. We had a hard time with check in. The number we were given didn't work, and it didn't note anywhere that check in had to happen at a nearby hotel. Other than that, the house had everything we could possibly need and was quite nice. Would definitely recommend!

Edingburgh short break

A short break with my husband, daughter and grandson. The apartment was top quality and had everything you would need and was really handy for getting anywhere in edingburgh, 10 minutes by cab to the royal mile. If you have children with you i would recommend Dynamic Earth at Holyrood, just next to Holyrood palace.
