Fire alarm went off we had to evacuate there was no direction from staff if it was safe to go back in. Marriott did a great job of contacting us to get our perspective on the event. Their follow up and concern was very much appreciated

They could add body lotion to their hotel rooms and better desk chairs that are not worn out.

Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre
Beds are old and too soft. Water is slow to drain. Bedding is not quality

Chateau Lacombe Hotel
In a somewhat dodgy part of downtown (Though there is seemingly always uniformed security in the lobby!) Building is quite run down, and overall the feel is that of a 1980's hotel which has undergone miminal upgrades.
