"The service of the front desk was excellent! We were helped on several occasions with booking issues, sending suitcases to other hotels, and information in general. The staff was so kind. We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. "FANTASTIC hotel! Great location with easy walking access to multiple metro/subway lines. It was always easy to get a taxi too. Our room was simply lovely -- large, comfortable, clean. The beds & pillows were great. The hotel staff were honestly AMAZING. We pre-paid for breakfast, and were so glad that we did. The buffet was fantastic. Lots of options for different tastes and cuisines, including gluten-free dining. Would definitely stay at this property again."
