"Check in was crazy fast. Front desk staff were English speaking which helped a lot. All the staff we communicated with during our stay were so friendly. The gym has really nice machines, very well maintained. The food at the buffet smelled great, we didn’t have time to try it tho. The room was so clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any planes despite being so close to the airport. All in all, I’d definitely book this place again for my future travels. ALSO, FREE bus shuttles to and from the airport! Bus smells nice and feels clean and runs right on schedule. Don’t take taxi, they charged us $20 for a 5 minute ride to the hotel from the airport💀😂 (that was before we realized we could’ve used the Narita Tobu hotel bus that was parked at the airport) Thank you! " Great location practically on top of Suidobashi station. Great for connecting to all the sights we wanted to see. My only complaint was the restaurants were VERY expensive compared to outside the hotel- even just across the road. The rooms are small with limited storage, but it’s Tokyo so not unexpected. Beds are also small- so westerners probably want a bed per adult (you could probably sleep 1 adult and 1 small child in one bed). The best bit was then laundry facilities. 8 washer/dryer combination machines that you can check status of via the telly. So you know before heading over if there’s a free machine and you know when yours has stopped. Machines auto dispense the laundry soap, so no need to bring/buy any. Staff helped us forward our bags to Kyoto, which made our Shinkansen experience much easier! All in all, a great hotel with fantastic and super helpful staff. "

"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"
