The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable. "Loved this property! The staff was excellent! Breakfast was so convenient to have on the property before we started a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel was so convenient to everything - great location. Only thing I didn't like was couldn't control the air conditioning - it was set at a certain temperature and I enjoy a much cooler room. Other than that I would surely stay there again."

"First impressions were excellent with a warm and friendly welcome from Diego. I really enjoyed the outside terrace. The staff work hard to keep the property clean. Excellent central location close to subway and very walkable. I appreciated the ability to label my food and cook in the kitchen. My cable locks did not work on their lockers. Can purchase for 6 euros. Use of their towel is 2.50 euros. "

"I arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk put my luggage in storage and gave me detailed directions and a map for some sightseeing and shared that they would try to get a room ready asap! He set up me taxi to the airport for the next day and a wake up call. They were great! Hotel is located in a nice area and a short walk to a stop for the hop on hop off bus. "

Great Hotel
"The hotel smells amazing and looks so clean and inviting the moment you walk into the lobby. Check-in was quick and the person who checked me in gave me some helpful tips for my stay. The room was overall very clean and the bed was large and very comfortable. The only reason cleanliness was not 5 stars is because there were long brown hairs left on the floor of the room, even after housekeeping came and tidied up. Not a fan of other people's hair in my space. Other than that, I cannot find anything negative about this hotel and would definitely stay again. It had every amenity that a traveler could desire and was located right beside a metro stop which made traveling the city easy. It was also a short 15 minute walk to areas such as Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. Despite the noise outside in the street, it was very quiet in my inward facing room. I really look forward to styaing here again!"
