Pros: Good hotel, Food is perfect, New renovated hotel, Staff is helpful. Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! No night entertainment!!

I recommend this hotel very much. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms and a lots of technology in the rooms. The bar tender at the swimming pool (Bassem ) was very nice. And the life guards were very awesome ( Khalil) was very helpful and very friendly.

Loved our stay at el gouna. Food and staff were great. Room was a lovely size. Spa is being renovated so unable to visit this but the surrounding area of el gouna felt very safe! Definitely would recommend
