"Check in and out was very nice! The lighting in room was very dark. Did not clean the room very well! Should give bottles of f water every day for how expensive the hotel is. The refrigerator did not work very well."

"I stayed in a single room, meaning a twin bed. And it was pretty good. It was generally clean just old. Old carpet. Old paint etc. But clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The price was pretty great for actually getting a private room compared to a hostel or cube. The bed was actually surprisingly comfortable. The AC worked great. Really good location. Would totally stay again."

"Room 101 is too dark and uncomfortable The middle of the bathroom has as rise/step before going down again into tub. It is not specifically marked, I had a bad fall there, broke skin and bruised on various places. Staff didn’t seem very interested. The gentleman in check-in was very informative and helpful. Checkout was a hassle and help with the luggage was only offered once we were as good as done. Your place is a gem and could really sparkle with more love in it. "

"Staff was friendly, thorough and efficient. Ready to help. Bikes on site were extremely convenient and well-priced. There was really no lobby in which to wait or relax and the room was pretty small even though it had a small separate seating area. It felt dated and a bit dark and unwelcoming. We could only get to it through using a strange lift or walking through the garden even though it was right off the lobby which was inconvenient and weird. The dining area was really light and bright and a nice space. It was extremely expensive once all taxes were included. It didn’t feel like a good value for the price even though we overall enjoyed it. The location was superb. The room definitely should have been nicer and easier to access for the price in my opinion. "
