"Very nice decor and friendly staff. Cons: Breakfast times were late for my schedule. I had to leave at 6am for work. Room seemed clean, but I always check the mattress wherever I go for bedbugs. This mattress had a full coverage mattress cover that looked like it had not been washed in a long time. I would recommend atleast sticky rollering in-between guests. So much hair, it was gross. Furniture in the room was tore up and damaged. The parking is not convenient. I thought a balcony room would be nice, but honestly the road noise is alot. Hotel on a busy main road. I didn't feel there are that many food options nearby. I did find some good food truck parked down the road."

"The Stella Hotel & Ballroom We had such a fun stay at The Stella Hotel—this place is absolutely adorable. The design is beautiful inside and out, with a charm that makes it feel both cozy and elevated at the same time. It’s in a great spot too—just one block from the downtown trolley, which is such a simple and fun way to get around for just a dollar. One of the highlights was definitely the restaurant. If you’re there on a Friday in April, don’t skip the fish menu—it was incredible. And if you’re on the hunt for a good poutine, they’ve got that covered too. Our only hiccup (and honestly, it gave us a little laugh later) was that our group ran out of toilet paper during our stay. Not ideal, especially with a full group of women—but everything else about the experience really was wonderful. Overall, such a charming place with great food, a perfect location, and a vibe that makes you want to come back."

"Nunca vi desayuno, pero la verdad que es un Hotel súper cómodo y en buen lugar. Me encantó mucho el trato recibido en el check in y el recepcionista fue muy amable y agradable siempre dispuesto ayudar. Para mí fue muy satisfactorio quedarme en ese lugar. Lo recomiendo. La habitación estaba limpia y dormí muy cómoda."

"Room was not cleaned and when we asked for it to be cleaned they made the bed only. Didn’t restock any paper products and floors sticky and never swept. When you book your room, they don’t honor your room selection. Cannot believe this is “W” owned. Do not recommend this place for a stay. "

"After checking in I walked towards the elevator to go to my room and the elevator broke down. Had to use another elevator. Also, when I was in my room I heard a loud bang noise coming from the room next door that really bothered me. Other than that everything else was great."
