"Our room was extremely clean and so was the whole complex. We had a very warm welcome on arrival and all staff on site were friendly. Our apartment was extremely well equipped .. we had everything we needed, comfortable bed and wonderful view. A lovely 15 minute walk to the Marina. We can’t wait to go back!"

"As great welcome on arrival, room all ready for us, perfectly clean and comfortable. Weather was great and pool area and bar were used shortly after arrival then good food in the evening just what was needed for a long weekend break."

"Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of compensation. Ruined my stay at this lovely hotel. Not impressed. "

"We loved Casa Tino. We had a very warm welcome from the host, Carmen, who lives next door and showed us around the house. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The Casa is in a beautiful valley with lovely views - we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings. The pool was clean and warm. The house is a 1 minute walk from a cafe and bakery, and a short drive to Puerto de Mogan and Mogan Pueblo. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are already looking at booking for next year "

"We had a very pleasant stay overall and felt well looked after. We really appreciated that the hosts waited for us to check in, even though our flight was delayed — that kindness made a big difference after a long journey. The pin location could be improved, as it initially sent us to the farm rather than the accommodation itself, but Tino’s mother kindly waited for us and helped us find the place without any issues.We loved that the wooden house is detached, giving us our own private space. The hosts were very kind and not intrusive at all. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome touches — a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, and delicious eggs, which we really appreciated.A few small improvements could make the stay even better. It would be helpful to have hand soap and perhaps shower gel provided (we ended up buying hand soap ourselves). The water pressure at the toilet was quite low, and when using the shower, the hot water would run out after a longer shower, meaning the next person needed to wait around 10 minutes before showering again. There also wasn’t much natural light inside, so additional lighting could help. Steep staircase from car parkThere was a slight unpleasant smell when we first arrived, but the hosts addressed and fixed this very quickly, which we appreciated. Overall, the accommodation has everything you need for a holiday — and even more, as there were facilities we didn’t get a chance to use, such as the coffee machine and grills."

"Set in a quiet location, the property has everything you need for a perfect relaxing break. The location is approx a 20-minute drive from main resort where you can find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beautiful beaches. The villa is well maintained, has a small pool, games (pool and table tennis) and bbq area. The other facilities are great, the only thing missing is air con in each bedroom, but we survived! We would definitely return and would like to thank the hosts for their clear check in instructions and assistance during our stay."

"Perfect villa. As the previous reviews state the property is spacious and comfortable and, yes, it’s actually better than the pictures. Fully equipped with everything you could want. The outdoor space is excellent, with a fantastic BBQ (well mini kitchen really) and one of the best pool's you'd hope to find. The gardens are also very well maintained and give an excellent feeling of tranquillity to the villa. The beautiful mountains surrounding the villa are really impressive as well. This is a really good base from which to explore the southern end of the island. I highly recommend this property."
